Our Workmanship Warranty

Every repair comes with a written workmanship warranty, printed on the invoice. Paint work has a 2-year written warranty. This page explains what is covered, what is not, and how the warranty works if you bring your own parts.

What our warranty covers

Our warranty covers the workmanship of the repair we carried out. The table below shows the cover for each type of work.

Paint warranty

Our painters work in a heated paint booth. If the colour fades or the clear coat peels within 2 years, we put it right, and the warranty is written on your invoice. Read more on our car painting page.

What the warranty does not cover

✕ Consumable parts carry no warranty.

✕ Electrical parts are not covered, although our electrical workmanship is.

✕ Batteries are covered by the battery maker's own warranty, not by ours.

✕ Parts you bring yourself are not covered. Our warranty still covers the work we do to fit them.

How the warranty works

The warranty is written on the invoice for the job, so keep it. To make a claim, send your invoice and a short description of the problem on WhatsApp to +974 3368 6806. We reply in about 10 minutes during opening hours and tell you what happens next.

Bring the car and the invoice, and we check it free within one working day. If the fault is our workmanship, we fix it free.

Accident damage, misuse, neglect, work by another garage and customer-supplied parts void the warranty.
