Quotations and prices

Every job starts with a free whole-car inspection and a free written quotation that names the problem and the price.

We start work only after you agree the price in writing.
✓
The final price is the agreed price. If we find extra work during the repair, we contact you and get your approval before we do it.

Starting prices on our website are the lowest normal prices for the service. The price for your car depends on the car and the fault.
✓
If you go ahead with a repair after a computer diagnostic test, the diagnostic fee comes off the bill.
✓
The inspection and the written quotation are free on every job. A pre-purchase inspection is free only when the buyer has the repairs done with us; otherwise an inspection fee applies, and we tell you the fee before the inspection starts.

Taking the car to Fahes and Istimara renewal assistance are separate services, from QAR 150 each, and the Fahes test fee is paid to Fahes separately.

Payment
We accept cash and card on collection, and bank transfer on request. Payment is due when the car is collected, and in stages for large jobs. A deposit for parts and special orders is shown in the quotation.

Parts

We source parts for your car and can order special parts if they are not in stock. You can choose new, aftermarket or, where it applies, used or repaired parts.

You can bring your own parts. Our workmanship warranty then covers our work, not the parts you supply.
✓
Old parts are returned on request. Please ask when you approve the quotation.

Warranty
The workmanship warranty is written on your invoice. Consumables carry no warranty, and paint work carries a 2-year written warranty. Full details are on our warranty page.

Timing
We give you an expected completion time with the quotation. The time can change when parts have to be ordered or when extra work is approved, and we tell you if it does.

Pick-up, drop-off and recovery

Pick-up and drop-off is a separate service, priced by distance and confirmed first: QAR 50 to 100 inside Doha, QAR 200 to 250 outside Doha and QAR 300 to 350 for far locations. It covers all of Qatar during working hours, Saturday to Thursday, and not on Fridays.

We confirm the price before the truck is sent.
✓
Breakdown recovery runs 24/7, including nights and Fridays, through a partner recovery company, from QAR 120 inside Doha. There is no extra charge at night or on Fridays, and the partner company is responsible for its own work.
✓
A wait of more than 15 minutes at the pick-up point, or a pick-up cancelled after the truck is sent, may be charged at the pick-up price. Someone must be at the handover.

Cars left at the workshop
Collect the car within 7 days of our "ready" message. After that a storage charge can apply, and we tell you in writing first. Take valuables and documents out before handover.

Liability
We take care of your car and are responsible for damage caused by our own fault, up to the repair cost. We are not responsible for items left in the car or faults that were already there.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar apply.
