Why we use it
We use your details to give you a quotation, carry out and invoice the repair, arrange pick-up or recovery, reply to your messages, honour your workmanship warranty, and improve our service. We do not collect more than we need for these purposes.

Who we share it with
We share your details only with the service providers who help us deliver the service, such as a partner recovery company when we send a truck for your car. Data is shared only with a partner recovery company, a wheel alignment partner and parts suppliers. We do not sell your personal data.
We post before-and-after photos of our work. We ask your permission before we share a customer's story.
Tools such as WhatsApp and Google may process data outside Qatar.

How long we keep it
We keep records as long as we need them for the warranty and our accounts, then we delete them.

How we protect it
Only the owner and the staff handling the job can see your job records and messages.

Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it for anything other than the job you booked, and withdraw your consent. Send your request on WhatsApp at +974 3368 6806 or through our contact page, and we will reply.
In Qatar, Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy protection sets the rules, and the National Cyber Security Agency enforces it.
