A computer decides when automatic transmission gears change. We scan the control unit with Autel and dealer-level tools for Porsche, Audi, Toyota and Nissan, check live data and the fluid, and road test the car. The written quotation is free. The computer diagnostic test costs QAR 150, and we deduct it from the repair bill if you repair with us.

Rebuild in 4 to 7 days
We repair valve bodies, solenoids, seals and torque converters, and rebuild clutch packs when wear has gone too far. Automatic transmission clutch wear is the usual reason a gearbox slips under load, so we check the clutch packs first. Automatic gearbox repairs, CVT and dual-clutch work and semi automatic gearbox repairs are all covered. Older high-mileage Nissan CVTs can develop whining and judder, so the correct CVT fluid matters.

Fluid cools and lubricates the gearbox. An automatic transmission service means we drain or exchange the old fluid and refill with the exact type specified by the manufacturer: ATF, CVT fluid or gear oil. Using the wrong fluid can damage a gearbox quickly.
Heat is one of the biggest enemies of automatic gearboxes. In summer, air temperatures can pass 45°C, while queues, idling and a running AC add more heat. Hot fluid breaks down and wears the clutches and seals inside.
